Double Major in Microbiology

Students doing BS in biotechnology can do a second major in microbiology. For this one has to complete extra 15 credits with 136 credits for a total of 151 credits. The required courses are given below:

Internship (3 credits):

The internship should be in line with one of the majors or on some interactive topic involving the two majors.

Thesis/ Project (4 Credits):

The thesis/project work should be in line with one of the majors or on some interactive topics involving the two majors.

Lab (6 credits):

As students who are doing major in biotechnology will be doing 4 different lab courses that include most of the major practical oriented problems of microbiology so they are exempted from doing any extra lab course in microbiology.
