Mission
1. To provide knowledge and skills training for developing competent women entrepreneurs of Bangladesh.
2. To extend continuous support service in various entrepreneurial initiatives undertaken by the participants of the Venture Maestras.
3. To undertake research to promote gender equality and sustainable well-being of all citizens of Bangladesh.
Objectives
1. Enhance knowledge and skills of women entrepreneurs with a globally-certified comprehensive training program.
2. Create awareness of business opportunities and motivate women to engage and succeed in entrepreneurial activities by providing experiential learning, business incubation and real-life support.
3. Build an effective network of aspiring and established women entrepreneurs as a platform for sharing experiences and supporting each other.
4. Conduct actionable and empirical research and case studies on economic and societal issues impacting women entrepreneurs to generate innovative business ideas and solutions for them.
5. Develop policy recommendations and partnerships with public, private and non-government entities to promote gender equality, and inclusive and sustainable development.
