Venture Maestras Overview

BRAC has been working over 50 years to empower women at rural level and now BRAC University has taken initiative to follow the footsteps with উদ্যমী আমি - Venture Maestras empowering women in business. In line with UN’s 5th Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), the program aims to achieve gender equality and empower women in their entrepreneurship journey. Venture Maestras Program offers not only a theoretical theoretical foundations and strategies to overcome the challenges a woman faces in business environment, but also practical understanding of the real market and core business world. Through the program, a woman entrepreneur will experience industry visits and boot camps to help nurture her skills and reach her true potential in business. It aims to stimulate the women-led enterprises and build a network to gather and share knowledge.
