The BSRM School of Engineering at BRAC University is a great platform for teaching, learning, research and innovation in engineering education around the region. It is our mission to produce technically competent, socially responsible, best quality engineers with effective communication skills, highest ethical standards and human values.
The BSRM School of Engineering provides knowledge and skill-based learning environment to our students. At present, the school offers two undergraduate and two graduate programs in electrical and electronic engineering, and electronics and communication engineering. All of our undergraduate programs are accredited by the Board of Accreditation for Engineering and Technical Education (BAETE). Our faculty members are actively pursuing interdisciplinary research in engineering and computing, power and energy, robotics and automation, solar and nano-photonics, electronics and communication technology and relentlessly engaging our students to solve some of the society's most pressing and unique challenges in the context of Bangladesh. The school developed the nation’s first nanosatellite “BRAC Onnesha” that led Bangladesh into the space age.
