Team Must Have Caffeine from BRAC University became the only team representing their institution in the Final Round of Analytics 2017, which is nation's first ever Inter University Digital Marketing competition. Most part of the event took place at East West University & was organized by East West University Creative Marketing Club. The title sponsor of the event was Igloo Ice Cream ltd.
The team is led by Khandker Nagib Anwar along with Showmik Dhar, Apurba Biswas & M. Nisorgo Islam; all of them from BRAC Business School.
The first round of the event was based on planning a new product launching campaign on digital platform, where 100 teams participated. Among them, 25 teams made it to the 2nd round, where the teams had to plan a digital campaign with the duration of 7days, including the concept of an Audio Visual content. 10 Teams made it to the next phase where they were given a week to execute their plan that they presented in the previous round.
After seven days of hard work & digital campaign, all 10 teams had to present their entire idea to the core business team of Igloo & creative team of Analyzen. This took place at Monem Business District, the Head Office of Igloo.
Based on their campaign’s engagement on social media & their skills, Only 5 teams made it to the final round.
The event not only enlightened its participants about Digital Marketing, but also created future pioneers. We are proud of the achievement of the students of BBS and hope to do even better in the future competitions on Digital Marketing through active participation and guidance from the department and faculties Mr. Kamal Hossain & Mr. KM Nafiul Haque of E-Commerce/CIM Major.
