Office of Career Services & Alumni Relations (OCSAR) arranged a seminar for IPDC Finance on 13th November, 2017 in the Auditorium of BRACU. The purpose of the seminar was to discuss about the recruitment process and application procedures for any current vacant positions available in Coats Bangladesh for fresh graduates of BRAC University.
IPDC Finance Limited, the first financial institution of Bangladesh established in 1981, launched ‘Unbounders Management Trainee Program, Season 2’ on 5th October, 2017. After the tremendous success from its first season, this year IPDC Finance Limited will select ‘Unbounders’ from all over the country. After extensive nationwide campus roadshows and screening the resumes, IPDC will shortlist the candidates by following the stages of recruitment which includes Written Exam, Assessment Centre, Individual Presentation, Structured Interview and Interview with Management Team to find its Next Gen Leaders.
Mominul Islam, Managing Director, IPDC Finance Limited said, “Management Trainees are the future leader of the company who will be placed in the strategic positions of the company after successful completion of the carefully crafted development program. They will be rotated through all the functions of the company and will be assigned to projects with strategic priorities where they must demonstrate superior leadership skills in learning, collaborating and delivering key objectives of the company.”
Ms. Gulnaz Alam, Head of Human Resources, Mr. Mohammad Mahmudur Rahman Shawon, Manager, MME Business, Mr. Nawed Wahed Asif, Head of Treasury and Mr. Ahashanuzzaman Shujan, Manager, Human Resources from IPDC Finance Limited had an interactive session with the final year students by explaining the opportunities that they will be given if they are selected as Management Trainee. Mr. Kazi Shahnoor Kabir, and Ms. Shanzida Shahab Uddin, OCSAR were present at the session and coordinated the event.
