Shahana Siddiqui from the Centre for Gender, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights at JPGSPH attended the AIDSImpact Conference at the University of Amsterdam. Global experts working on behavioural and psycho-social science come together at the AIDSImpact conference to share research, findings, and experiences on HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and care for communities and countries affected the hardest by the epidemic. The conference aims to go beyond the bio-medical realm and highlight practices and research in psycho-social and behavioral change, prevention work, and community and policy-level changes that are contributing in combating against HIV/AIDS.
