Three students, Kabirul Islam Kanon, Fariha Zerin Lamisha and Permita Mazumder performed their thesis presentation required under BTE 450 (Research Project, Thesis) course on Thursday, 28 December 2017 in Room UB 21511 of the MNS Department. The title of their thesis were “Quantitative determination of artificial sweeteners and sucrose in energy drinks and mango juice of Dhaka city by UV-Spectrophotometric method”, “The role of primary and secondary packaging on the antibacterial activity of sunlight exposed synthetic and herbal eye drops” and “Impact of sunlight on chloramphenicol mediated and herbal eye drop in terms of anti- microbial activity” respectively. Kabirul Islam Kanon was supervised by Professor Dr. MahboobHossain, FarihaZerinLamisha and PermitaMazumderwas supervised by Ms. Kashmery Khan.
The viva-voce examinations for the presentations was chaired by Professor Dr. A. F. M. Yusuf Haider and attended by Professor Dr. Shah M Faruque, Professor Dr. Mahboob Hossain, Ms. Romana Siddique and Ms. Kashmery Khan.
