MSc. & PGD in Early Childhood Development is a professional development program that aims to develop the capacity of ECD professionals of GO/NGOs, Educators, Health Professionals and School Teachers, as well as, for 'fresh graduates. It comprises of (9-courses/27 credits) to complete PGD in ECD, & (9 courses plus a 9-credit 'dissertation'/a total of 36 credits) to complete MSc. in ECD. The program is designed and offered in a modular system of courses, and it takes 16 months to complete 'PGD', and, 20 months to complete 'MSc'.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) of the BRAC Business School is a skill-based, 60-credit (20 courses and an internship), two-year full-time program. Students may also enrol as part-time students. The duration of the part-time program depends on the chosen course loads.
All classes are held in the evening from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm, Saturday to Thursday.

The BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD) of BRAC University conducts an internationally acclaimed Master's program, titled MA in Governance and Development (MAGD), designed mainly for officials serving in the Government of Bangladesh (exclusively for civil service officials). The program is designed as a 12-month fully residential program funded by BRAC, and aims at equipping government officials with 'frontier' knowledge, skills, and scientific decision-making processes to deal with the complex issues of governance and development in their routine work. The program also caters to international students, mainly government officials from South Asia.
The total credits for this program are 36. It is designed for junior and mid-level government officials (aged 42 or less), representing the ministry's civil service cadres. The program requires students to work with rigorous methods and technical materials to ensure successful completion.
Generally, the classes are held from Sunday to Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays are considered weekend time, though some classes may be scheduled during this period for special reasons, such as make-up sessions and guest lectures.
Women and candidates of the BCS Cadre are especially encouraged to apply. The program is specifically designed for junior and mid-level government officials, aged 42 or less, working in civil service ministries.

MA in TESOL is a full-time program for current English teachers or anyone interested in pursuing a career as an English teacher. This program focuses on training teachers of English to acquire the knowledge and competence for upgrading their professional skills so that they can efficiently teach English to both adult and young learners.

The Master of Development Studies (MDS) is a 45-credit Master's program designed to provide an in-depth, interdisciplinary understanding of development concepts and issues. The program offers a wide range of elective courses, allowing students to tailor their studies to their academic interests and career objectives.

Note: Candidates with a postgraduate diploma and at least six years of job experience in addition to a Bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply.

The MEd & PGD in Educational Leadership and School Improvement is a professional development program designed to enhance the capacities of education professionals in various areas, such as leadership and management, academic and research, pedagogy, school improvement, advanced skills in communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving. The program comprises 10 courses (27 credits) for the PGD in Educational Leadership and School Improvement, and 10 courses plus a 9-credit dissertation (total of 36 credits) for the MEd in Educational Leadership and School Improvement. The program is modular and takes 16 months to complete for the PGD and 20 months for the MEd.

The Masters in Procurement and Supply Management (MPSM) is a unique 48-credit program offered by the BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), BRAC University. The program is designed to build the capacity of officials from the public, non-government, and private sectors on procurement, purchasing, and supply chain management issues. As procurement is a critical function in every organization, this program aims to sensitize professionals to enhance their knowledge and skills in these essential areas.
