a) He/she will submit the recent documents from a registered doctor.
b) Documents are NOT acceptable from DMF /Ayurvedic / homeopath doctors
c) Doctor’s prescription must mention the student’s official name. Nick name is not acceptable for verification.
d) Prescription from BRAC University Medical Center is acceptable.
e) If anyone has been suffering from psychological problems, he/she will need to submit recent prescriptions from psychiatrist for verification and will also need recommendation from the Counseling Unit of BRAC University.
Semester drop/course drop:
A) Students need to submit the recent prescription and investigation report for diagnosis of disease.
B) Documents are not acceptable after 3 months of visiting the doctor.
C) If anyone has been suffering from any chronic disease and wants to drop the semester, he/she must submit recent doctors’ prescription and investigation report.
D) Documents from BRAC University Medical Center is acceptable.
E) If anyone has been suffering from psychological problems, he/she will need recent prescription from psychiatrist for verification and will also need recommendation from the Counseling Unit of BRAC University.
