

Md. Mizanur Rahman, PhD
Assistant Professor
Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman is currently working as an Assistant Professor, BRAC Business School, BRAC University, Bangladesh. In 2019, Rahman completed his Ph.D. degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). During his Ph.D., he received the best “Excellence Award” for 2018/2019 from FEP, UPM. Before that, he completed BBA with “First Position” and MBA with the “Second Position” from the Department of Management Studies from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh. Earlier joining as an academician at BRAC Business School, he worked in two Universities for ten years. The research interest areas of Rahman are Management, Organizational Behavior, HRM, Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence, Corporate Governance, and Sustainability. He has published 35 scholarly articles from renowned publishers, including SAGE, WILEY, EMERALD, INDERSCIENCE. His publications have been published in Journal of Community Psychology, Journal of Enterprising Communities, International Journal of Business Excellence, International Journal of Business and Globalization, Journal of Enterprising Culture, Journal of Public Affairs, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Pertanika Journal of Social Science. He also has some chapters in Book in renowned publishers, including UPM press, World Scientific. Besides, he participated in 15 international and 10 national conferences and won 7 times the best paper award. Dr. Rahman is more focusing on quantitative techniques following PLS-SEM, CB-SEM, and SPSS.
