Md. Tanvir Kabiris a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacyat BRAC University.Md. Tanvir Kabir obtained his Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacology from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. During his graduate work in the University of Hertfordshire, he worked with transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 1 (TRPV1) and transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily A member 1 (TRPA1) agonists and demonstrated their effects on non-adrenergic non-cholinergic (NANC) contractions mediated by electric field stimulation (EFS). Hereceived his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, United Kingdom, where he investigated consumer-driven healthcare marketing strategies concentratingprincipally on over-the-counter (OTC) medicines.Hecompleted his Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from East West University, Bangladesh.
