Asheka Mahboob started her career as a banker right after completing BBA from North South University and pursued MBA along with full time job. After more than eight years of job experience in the corporate world, she decided to switch her career and start her dream job which is teaching.

She joined Brac University as a full time lecturer in January 2015. Teaching gives her great pleasure and she strongly believes that her experience in the corporate world helps her greatly to teach more effectively.

Currently she is pursuing her PhD degree from University Putra Malaysia and her research interest is in Entrepreneurship.
