A global competition to accelerate access to affordable, sustainable cooling through the rapid deployment of cool roof materials. The initiative is based on a zero-carbon bamboo building project of the Department of Architecture, SoAD, BRAC University Bangladesh, Heritage Foundation, Pakistan, and the University of Glasgow, UK under a gender grant by The British Council, UK. A core team of women was led and guided by Professor Zainab Faruqui Ali, Chairperson Department of Architecture, SoAD, BRAC University to build the project. Was responsible to support the workshop with estimation and site coordination with the artisans.
