Composition of the UQAC:

Vice-Chancellor (Chair of the UQAC)

All Deans/Directors of Schools/Institutes

Registrar

Director of IQAC

UGC representative
-
Finance representative (when required)

Associate Director of IQAC (Member Secretary of UQAC)

Two other senior academics (with expertise in IT) nominated by the Syndicate, on the advice of the Vice-Chancellor
The University Quality Assurance Committee (UQAC) will report to Academic Council
School Quality Assurance Committee (SQAC)
Implement the decisions taken by the University Quality Assurance Committee (UQAC) on key issues of quality assurance at School and/or Department
The composition of SQAC:

Dean/Director of the school/institute (Chair)

Associate/Assistant Deans of the school (if any)
-
All heads/chairs from departments within the school
-
Two other members of Faculty appointed by the Dean/Director

Secretary: nominated by the Chair
The Committee will report to the University Quality Assurance Committee (UQAC)
Program Self-Assessment Committee (PSAC)
Program Self-Assessment Committee (PSAC) in each Department/School/Institute are responsible for

Performing periodic self-assessment of the program(s)

Monitoring activities taken under Process Management (PM) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) of the program
The composition of the PSAC will be as follows:

Chairman/Director of the Department/Institute or a senior faculty of the Department/Institute (Chair of PSAC)

Minimum Two other faculty members from the program or group of programs (Members)
