At BRAC Business School, the Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) stands as a beacon of this movement. Through entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and support, WEC is not merely providing tools but fostering economic independence and sparking social transformation. It is a space where women are empowered to lead with confidence, challenge societal norms, and create innovative solutions that drive progress. WEC stands as a testament to what’s possible when women are empowered to lead—transforming their lives while reshaping the nation's future.
