Deadline-Installment Payment Options-Fall 2024 Semester Policy & Procedure

This circular is applicable only for the students of BRAC University except the School of Pharmacy

BRAC University understands the challenges that some students may face in managing their finances for the Fall 2024 semester. In an effort to support our students during these times, we are pleased to offer Installment Payments Options in the Fall 2024 semester. This initiative aims to provide convenient alternatives for those experiencing financial difficulties, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to pursue their education without unnecessary stress.

N.B: Please be informed that due to the upcoming migration to the new Student Lifecycle Management System in December 2024, we are unable to offer the 3 installment payment option for Fall ‘24 semester, apologies for any inconvenience. We will resume the 3 installment payment option from Spring’ 25 semester. 

In addition, BRAC Bank and ONE Bank have agreed to provide student loan facilities for BRAC University students. Students who want to avail student loan, can contact BRAC Bank or ONE Bank directly.

Payment in Installments:

To apply for Payment in Installments, students need to complete the Application Form (link given below)

Submit the filled-up form with valid supporting documents (Pls. see in the form) - On or before 02 November  2024 (Saturday) by 11:59 pm (for both new and continuing students).

Students applying for installment payments will be required to pay the tuition fees of the Fall 2024 semester in two equal installments as per the following deadlines:

• 1st Installment on 21 November 2024 (Thursday)
• 2nd Installment on 19 December 2024 (Thursday)

*Students need to submit their application forms with valid supporting documents. Any application without valid supporting documents will be rejected.

Results of Fall 2024 semester will be withheld until all dues of that semester are cleared and students need to clear the installment payments in time to avoid late fees. Students will not be able to complete pre-registration or registration for Spring 2025 semester if the full payments of the Fall 2024 semester, and previous semester/s are not completed.
