We are searching for a competent candidate to add value in the compensation and benefits management.
Major Responsibilities
- Lead C&B programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
- Develop and conduct analyses to make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective compensation and benefits (C&B) programs aligned with the University's reward strategy.
- Ensure that the programs and systems related to the C&B area meet the University's growth strategies, procedures and policies as well as legal requirements and regulations.
- Perform salary review based on market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness to attract and retain competent employees.
- Salary structures review to drive the desired organizational behavior and high-performance culture.
- Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with University policies.
- Participate and implement staff benefits programs, annual insurance renewals and medical benefits.
- Participate compensation and benefit processes including appraisals to support salary increases, promotions and bonus payments.
- Provide consultative advice to business partners/ line managers on all C&B matters.
- Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
Requirements
- A postgraduate qualification or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Good market knowledge and excellent skill in data management.
- Should have good communication skill especially in writing.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse groups.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour.
