The Counseling Unit of Brac University organizes Yoga and Meditation sessions in different forms at Mohakhali and Savar campus regularly. It is a well known fact that Yoga and Meditation can bring immense benefits to our overall health and well-being. Taking care of our mind and body through Yoga and Meditation consistently can help us attain bigger heights of achievements and a sense of well-being. There is nothing better than being able to start a day with little Meditation consistently before our office starts to develop this habit of self care.
From this semester, the Counseling Unit will organize sessions on Meditation, light stretching and breathing exercises from
09:00am-09:20am, every Tuesday and Thursday at the Listening Lab (UB21203). This is an open invitation to all the faculty members, staff and students of Brac University. Grab this opportunity to extend your commitment to self care and love. We are starting this journey from this Tuesday 21.05.19 onwards.
