Extension of Deadline to Apply for Installment Payment Options, Summer 2024 Semester till 08 June 2024 (Saturday) Policy & Procedure

This circular is applicable only for all the students of BRAC University except the Department of Pharmacy and the School of Law.

BRAC University understands that some students are facing challenges in managing their finances for the Summer 2024 semester. To support the students facing financial distress, we are pleased to extend installment payment options for the Summer 2024 semester. 

Those who have already applied for Summer 2024 are requested not to apply again.

In addition, BRAC Bank and ONE Bank have agreed to provide student loan facilities for BRAC University students. Students who want to avail student loan, can contact BRAC Bank or ONE Bank directly.

This circular is only applicable for all the students of BRAC University except the Department of Pharmacy and the School of Law. For the Department of Pharmacy, BRAC University, a separate circular for installment plans will be announced later.

Payment in Installments:

To apply for Payment in Installments, students need to complete the Application Form (link given below)

Submit the filled-up form with valid supporting documents (Pls. see in the form) - On or before 08 June 2024 (Sunday) by 11:59 pm (for both new and continuing students).

Students applying for installment payments will be required to pay the tuition fees of the Summer 2024 semester in three equal installments as per the following deadlines:

• 1st Installment on 25 June 2024 (Tuesday)
• 2nd Installment on 18 July 2024 (Thursday)
• 3rd Installment on 14 August 2024 (Wednesday)

*Students need to submit their application forms with valid supporting documents. Any application without valid supporting documents will be rejected.

Results of Summer 2024 semester will be withheld until all dues of that semester are cleared and students need to clear the installment payments in time to avoid late fees. Students will not be able to complete pre-registration or registration for Fall 2024 semester if the full payments of the Summer 2024 semester, and previous semester/s are not completed.
