This circular is only applicable for students of BRAC University, except for those studying at the Department of Pharmacy.
BRAC University acknowledges that students are still facing financial distress from COVID-19 and has decided to continue to offer students installment payment options for the Fall 2023 semester to allow students convenient payment options. This circular is only applicable for students of BRAC University, except for those studying at the Department of Pharmacy.
In addition, BRAC Bank and ONE Bank have agreed to provide student loan facilities for BRAC University students. Students who want to avail student loan, can contact BRAC Bank or ONE Bank directly.
This circular with time extension is only applicable for the students who could not submit their application forms within the deadline due to some unavoidable circumstances. Those who have already applied are requested not to apply again.
Payment in Installments:
To apply for Payment in Installments, students need to complete the Application Form (link given below)

Submit the filled-up form with valid supporting documents (Pls. see in the form) - On or before 09 October 2023 (Monday), by 11:59 pm (for both new and continuing students).
Students applying for installment payments will be required to pay the tuition fees of the Fall 2023 semester in three equal installments as per the following deadlines:
*Students need to submit their application forms with valid supporting documents. Any application without valid supporting documents will be rejected.
Results of Fall’23 semester will be withheld until all dues of that semester are cleared and students need to clear the installment payments in time to avoid late fees. Students will not be able to complete pre-registration or registration for Spring 2024 semester if the full payments of Fall’23 semester, and previous semester/s are not completed.
