BRAC Bank opens tuition collection booth at BRAC University

BRAC Bank has set up a booth on the Merul Badda campus of BRAC University in Dhaka to facilitate the collection of student tuitions and fees.

Professor Syed Mahfuzul Aziz, Acting Vice-Chancellor of BRAC University, and Selim R. F. Hussain, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of BRAC Bank, cut a ribbon and cake through a ceremony on 6 May 2024 to officially inaugurate the booth.

Ariful Islam, Chief Financial Officer of BRAC University, Mahiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail of BRAC Bank, Sheikh Mohammad Ashfaque, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Branches, and other officials from both sides were present at the event.

Located on the 1st floor of the state-of-the-art university building, the booth also provides a number of customer services, such as “Agami” student banking products, addressing queries regarding payment processes and dedicated banking for the university’s employees.

Moreover, a cash recycler machine, which enables depositing and withdrawing cash, has been installed inside the booth.
