Four students from BRAC University were selected as Asia's Top 100 Young Talents, organized by Monsta Asia. Ten Bangladeshi youths have made it to the Top 100 Young Talents in Asia list this year. Among the ten, four of them are from BRAC University. They are: Ahshanul Mahbub Labby (BBS), Murshidul Alam Bhuiyan (BBS), Mohaimenul Solaiman Nicholas (ESS), and Sajid Sakib (MNS). From more than a thousand nominees, the top 100 young, talented individuals have been recognized for their impactful stories and outstanding contributions to their communities.
The Asia Young Talent Awards aims to recognize young people aged between 18 and 30, who inspire, influence, and motivate with their talent, story or work toward people and their community. It is organized by Monsta Asia, Malaysia's largest talent growth and engagement platform that designs, develops, and recognizes talents from Asia from both personal and professional sectors.
Ahshanul Mahbub Labby is the founder of the "Newspaper Olympiad" initiative. It's the biggest media learning platform of Bangladesh. Murshidul Alam is the founder and director of "Team Bertho", a global platform that gathers and publicizes stories from a diverse demographic of people enterprising to provide essentials to a sustainable living all around the globe. Nicholas is currently leading the content team for "Reverse School." Reverse School is an unprecedented experience-sharing platform that aims to normalize society with failure. Sajid Sakib is also working with "Reverse School" as a content writer.
