Daraz Future Leadership Program (DFLP) Roadshow held at BRAC University

The Office of Career Services & Alumni Relations (OCSAR) hosted the Daraz Future Leadership Program (DFLP) Roadshow — a dynamic and insightful session that connected BRAC University students with one of South Asia’s leading e-commerce platforms.

Held on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at BRAC University, the event introduced students to Daraz’s flagship program — the DFLP — designed to groom future business leaders through hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure, and accelerated career development.

Distinguished Daraz representatives — including Sumia Rahman, Regional Brand Campaign Lead & Head of General Operations, Abdullah Al Mahbub, Talent Acquisition Lead, Khantun A Jannat Chowdhury, Assistant Manager – Strategic Projects, Sayeed Alvi, Assistant Manager – Regulatory Strategy and Projects, shared valuable insights on the DFLP journey, interview tips, and the skills Daraz looks for in potential candidates.

Their engaging presentation covered the core structure of the DFLP, key qualities Daraz looks for in future leaders, and the exciting career opportunities within the organization. The session also shed light on Daraz’s values, workplace culture, and regional impact across South Asia.
