Saiqa Iqbal Meghna, Assistant Professor, Invited as Speaker at SOAS, University of London

Saiqa Iqbal Meghna, Assistant Professor of Department of Architecture, has attended the 2024 World Muslim Leadership Forum held at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, from Friday 22nd November to Sunday 24th November 2024. As an Invited Speaker she contributed to the panel titled “Art in the Formation of Cultural Identities”.

She attended the event reception held at House of Lords hosted by Baroness Uddin where she shared her insightful perspectives with a diverse group of leaders, policymakers, academics, entrepreneurs and innovators, from around the world.

She was invited to share her works as a practicing architect and academician to develop strategies for the Sustainable Development Goals with a focus on gender, youth, climate change and peacebuilding.
