School of Law Alumnus gets fully-funded PhD offers from the UK and Australia

Mohammad Pizuar Hossain a distinguished alumnus of the School of Law at BRAC University from 2015 has been awarded two distinct fully-funded scholarships to pursue his PhD in law from two universities in the United Kingdom and Australia. He has been awarded the prestigious Edinburgh Doctoral College Scholarship (Law) for a 4-year PhD program in law at The University of Edinburgh in Scotland, the United Kingdom. Also, he has been awarded both the Monash Graduate Scholarship (MGS) and the Monash International Tuition Scholarship (MITS) for a 4-year PhD program in law at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

Mr. Hossain received the Vice-Chancellor's Medal award upon graduating from BRAC University in 2015. Later, he was awarded the Chevening Award to study an MSc in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Edinburgh.

He is leaning towards Monash University in Australia. We wish that Mr. Hossain's talent and accomplishments keep making the University proud and continues contributing to the country and beyond.
