BRAC Business School in collaboration with Bangladesh Supply Chain Council (BSCC) and Entrepreneurship Development Forum organized a seminar on “Leadership Aspect of the Corporate World”, on March 8, 2016.
The chief guests of this session were Professor Dr. Syed Saad Andaleeb, Vice Chancellor BRAC University and Professor Rahim B. Talukdar Ph.D, Adviser of BRAC Business School.
The guest speakers of the seminar were Mr. Stephane Norde, Managing Director, Nestle Bangladesh, Mr. Shehzad Munim, Managing Director, British American Tobacco, Mr. M Nayeem Hossain, President, Bangladesh Supply Chain Council, Ms. Emma Hart, HR, Capability Specialist, Careers Club Australia, Mr. Hemi Hossain, Founder Director, Careers Club Australia.
The session started with the welcome speech of Mr. Mohammad Rezaur Razzak, Associate Professor & Head of Operations, BRAC Business School. Speakers of the event shared their valuable insights to be a future leader. Ms. Hart and Mr. Hossain focused on individual growth and how to develop oneself as a great leader. Mr. Munim emphasized on developing a sense of accountability and ownership.
After that a question answer session was held for the students where they asked different questions related to corporate life and future career prospects.
After the Q & A session, Professor Dr. Syed Saad Andaleeb gave an excellent speech full of learning for the future success. Professor Rahim B. Talukdar Ph.D concluded the event with his motivational speech on various aspects of leadership of the corporate world.
