The Human Resources Department of BRAC University organized a day long training session on ‘Developing an Effective Service Culture’ at BRAC-CDM, Rajendrapur for the non-academic staff on 17 December 2016.
The purpose of the training was to increase customer satisfaction by escalating customer service skills of the employees as well as to achieve greater employee motivation and engagement. The event started with the welcome speech of Ms. Homayara Latifa Ahmed, HR Consultant, HRD. Mr. Jishu Tarafder, Chief Consultant, CORPORATECOACH conducted the whole session and discussed the competency standards that are imperative for building an effective service culture. The session was interactive one, where 12 participants among 45 shared their personal experiences on providing customer services going beyond their comfort zones. Ms. Shadia Alam, Sr. HR Manager, HRD presented the closing remarks.
