"Industrial relation refers to relationships between labour and capital that grow out of employment. It needs to work in a spirit of cooperation and adjustment, which can enhance the economic status of the worker as well as the establishment. If any dispute arises in between employer and employee, it will be considered as an obstacle in the productivity of any establishment that has an indefinite effect on the economic statutes of both parties even for the industrial productivity and profit. Therefore, it is very important to maintain a peaceful industrial relation for the sake of the establishment and the objectives of the training program can enhance the procedure to make a peaceful industrial relation between all the stakeholders.
