Dear Graduate,
To process your refund against the security deposit for the convocation gown, submit your gown (cap, uttariya, gown) to the Office of the Controller of Examinations (UB: 06 Level: 04) and submit the refund request form at the Accounts and Finance Department (UB: 09 Level: 13).
You can submit the gown and refund request form, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The extended last date of gown submission and refund collection is on 31st May, 2023. After that the refund will be forfeited/cancelled.
Documents needed:
** Incase of lost money receipt, write an application addressed to the Chief Financial Officer, Accounts and Finance Section, BRAC University. You shall bring the application at the time of gown submission.
** If you are unavailable to collect the refund by yourself, you can authorize someone to collect it on your behalf. The authorized person must bring an authorization letter, signed by you, which clearly states the information of the authorized person along with the photocopy of your student ID card or payment slip and a NID copy of the authorized person.
