The last date of 13th and 14th convocation gown submission and refund collection has been extended to 31st March 2022. This date will not be extended any further. After 31st March 2022 the refund will be forfeited/cancelled.
Dear Graduate,
To process your refund against the security deposit for the convocation gown, submit your gown to the Office of the Controller of Examinations (UB: 06 Level: 04) and collect the refund request form from the Finance and Accounts Department. Fill out the form and submit it along with the required documents, the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account accordingly. You can submit the gown from Sunday to Thursday except government holidays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
