Research at BRAC University
Impact through relevant research are the core initiative areas of BRAC University at present. We intend to get BRAC University on the map of international higher education, and make it a proud global institution from Bangladesh. Several of the schools and institutes of the University are highly respected internationally for their contribution to research and knowledge exchange and we are developing new specialisms eg Robotics. The University is already active in many areas, for example, in humanitarian work and Rohingya programs, public health, climate development, architectural innovation and business development in the garment industry.

- The University has recently entered a partnership with the University of Birmingham, UK to work on the strategy for the distribution of the Covid vaccine across Bangladesh.
Research Grant Proposal
The University provides Research Grant Proposal Application Form as a supportive environment in which researchers at every stage of their career can flourish. The University is dedicated to fostering research collaborations across the world with research institutions, research agencies, funding bodies, industrial and commercial partners, sponsors and benefactors.
The research environment shall get a further boost when there will be close collaboration between the industry and academics. Already an MoU has been signed between the Computer Science and Engineering Department and Grameen Phone where such industry-academic collaboration will flourish
