Position: Student Affairs Officer
Student Affairs Officer is primarily responsible to take care of the students and solve their problems considering disciplinary and rationale aspects of the issue.
Major Responsibilities
- Maintain list of the students and guardians
- Ensure security, cleanliness and proper maintenance of the dorm
- Take care of students’ personal problems and hardship
- Provide all essential supports to the students
- Maintain a healthy team and inter personal relationship among students
- Ensure English speaking environment
- Maintain close liaison with campus staff and students’ visitors
Educational Requirements
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
- Good academic records
- 1 year experience in the relevant field is preferred
Additional Requirements
- Candidates who have the experience to work in private/public universities in different administrative and managerial capacities such as: information desk, student affairs, scholarship, dorm management, club affairs, registrar's office will get the preference
- Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills both in Bengali and English
- The person must be flexible to learn and take up cross functional activities to enhance the value of Brac University
- Must have graphic designing knowledge & skills (hands on)
