We know that peace of mind is a natural state, and is available to everyone. However, sometimes, in this fast pace of life, we caught up in a hurry of time, become restless to think about our future hope or dream, or away from things in our past. Sometimes, we may also lose our connection with life, with ourselves, and forget to enjoy the joyous journey of life. In that case, meditation helps to take a break for a while and pay attention to appreciate how precious life is.
With this awareness, we are very pleased to announce that the Counseling Unit of BRAC University is going to host a workshop on “Meditation: A Piece of Peace” for the faculty members and staff on Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 3pm to 4pm.
