Greetings from the Counseling Unit of BRAC University!
Yoga and Meditation are vital to living a peaceful life. It helps to manage stress, anxiety and/or depression better and enhances concentration and awareness.
Counseling Unit of BRAC University is going to organize month-long sessions on Yoga and Meditation throughout the month of July. The sessions will be held on 05, 09, 15, 19 and 26 July 2018 in the morning (11am-12:30pm) and afternoon (3:30pm-04:50pm) slots at BRACU Auditorium (UB 01).
Counseling Unit invites you all to join us in the Sessions on Yoga and Meditation.
For the session, you may find the following instructions helpful:
1. Please take light foods before the session as you will be doing Yoga
2.Wear clothes which will be comfortable for you to do Yoga (T-shirt-Optional; Leggings/ Trouser, avoid palazo )
3. Bring Yoga Mat (if you have any)
4. Bring Water Bottle (Optional)
