El-Pro's first FSDM (Functional Skills Development Managers) batch 3 graduated on the 13th of April. This course dealt with mid level managers of BRAC and worked on their English language and other related skills.
El-Pro has further been involved with BRAC, PACE (Post primary and continuing education) in training of their teacher trainers, which comprises of ELT (English language Teaching) methods and communicative learning in Bangladesh. This requires the El-Pro faculty to go for tours outside Dhaka and observe classroom teaching at the rural areas and design courses that help rural teachers to implement their teaching methods more effectively. This course not only enables the teachers to be more efficient in their classrooms, but also contribute towards the overall development of English language teaching in Bangladesh.
