Office of Career Services & Alumni Relations (OCSAR) conducted the ‘Grooming and Etiquette’ session at the BRAC University, Savar Campus on Saturday, 6 June, 2015.
The session was facilitated by Mr. Khan Ahmed Murshid (Director, OCSAR) and Mr. Taz Uddin (Officer, OCSAR). The session was inaugurated by Mr. Rehan Ahmed, Asstt. Campus Superintendent. In the beginning of the session, Mr. Taz briefly talked about the activities of OCSAR and the services that are available for students from the OCSAR in order to build a successful professional career.
It was followed by some interactive discussions that were facilitated by Mr. Murshid where he focused simple etiquette concepts that people tend to overlook in their daily life. It included proper attire in a social gathering, expected behavior in public, etiquette at the workplace and many more. In his speech, Mr. Murshid also covered personal hygiene, appropriate attire, hairstyles, and proper body language during job interview.
The session ended with the answering questions raised by enthusiastic students.
