Sanjida Ahmed Srishti, an alumna of the School of Pharmacy of BRAC University, has recently been accepted into the Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Duquesne University to pursue a PhD in pharmaceutics and drug design. A former senior research assistant at the BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health of BRAC University, Srishti has also been awarded a graduate tuition scholarship and teaching assistantship.
Duquesne University of the Holy Spirit is a private Catholic research university in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania founded in 1878. The Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences offers advanced education, research and degree programs in four areas of the pharmaceutical sciences and pharmacy administration. Annual enrollment is approximately 65 students from domestic (30%) and international (70%) origin. Recent graduates of the M.S. and Ph.D. graduate programs are employed in the pharmaceutical industry, academia and with regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
