Key Job Responsibilities
- Act as an active link between the departments, Vice-Chancellor's Office, Registrar's Office, Procurement, HRD, Finance and Accounts Department and other relevant offices.
- Maintain office management and the security of all documents, in his or her custody.
- Collaborate with internal and external bodies, individuals and groups.
- Support in development and implementation of office work plans.
- Maintains administrative and office management workflow.
- Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identify and communicate solutions and supporting other teams with various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Good academic records
- 1 year experience in the relevant field is preferred
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills both in English
- Should have Creativity, Technological Awareness and ability to work in a team
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
