We are searching for competent candidates to add value in the Human Resources Department.
Major Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational development
- Partner with Talent Management, Policy, Payroll and Compensation and Benefits functions as needed to provide solutions
- Assessment of the employees' needs by means of different elevation methods and techniques
- Work across teams to ensure HR objectives are met
- Keep up to date with HR updates potentially affecting Academic and Admin staff
- Participate in HR related projects and provide appropriate HR support to the team
- Work for improvement of salary, benefit and bonus systems
- Participate in various projects focused on continuous improvement
- Preparation of regular analysis, reports and presentations
Requirements
- Graduation or equivalent in Business Administration or relevant field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Good market knowledge and excellent skill in data management
- Should have good communication skill especially in writing
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse community and meet the needs of diverse groups
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour
