Healthy relationships are a vital component of health (Physical, Mental and Social) and wellbeing. There is evidence that strong relationships contribute to a long, healthy, and happy life. People who have the skills to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with most everyone they meet certainly experience more success in life than those who don’t. But relationship varies between different people and groups. It changes and develops through time. So to continue this relationship effectively we need to develop skills if we want to maintain happy, healthy and rewarding relationships.
For this, Counseling Unit of BRAC University is going to organize a workshop on “Effective Relationship Skill”, as a part of “Mental Health Awareness Month” on this October 20, 2014 at BRACU Auditorium (UB 1) from 2:30pm - 4:00pm with the students of BRAC University. The workshop aims to learn about the effective relationship skill and how to nurture this skill in life.
