BRAC University celebrates “World Music Day”

Students of the 63rd Residential Semester of BRAC University celebrated “World Music Day” at the university’s Residential Campus in Savar on 21 June, 2023.

The day originated in France in 1982 and since then has been celebrated all over the world with enthusiasm to come together and rejoice in the joy of making or listening to music. This is the first time that BRAC University observed the day.

Around 50 students of the 63rd batch, which comprises around 1,600 students, staged songs, dances and instrumental music. Administrative and management staff were present in the program. The program was ended with a vote of thanks by the assistant campus superintendent.
