OCSAR Facilitates LafargeHolcim Recruitment Drive with On-Campus Test at BRAC University

The Office of Career Services & Alumni Relations (OCSAR), BRAC University organized an on-campus session featuring a written test for various positions at LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited on January 2024.

A total of 80 candidates, representing different departments of BRAC University, took part in the written test. Before the examination, there was an introductory session that provided insights into the cement manufacturing industry and LafargeHolcim. Approximately 100 students attended this session, gaining valuable knowledge about the extensive work culture and job opportunities in the cement manufacturing sector.

During the session, Mr. A K M Atiqur Rahman, Human Resources Director, Mr. Sameer Zakaria, Head of Commercial Transformation, and Amit Agarwal, Commercial Director, from LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Limited shared valuable insights into the company, its requirements, and the career prospects it offers.

Distinguished members of BRAC University, including Mohammad Mujibul Haque, PhD, Professor and Acting Dean of BRAC Business School, Sadia Hamid Kazi, PhD, Chairperson and Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, and Mr. Sifat Islam Ishty, Sr. Lecturer of the Department of Economics and Social Sciences, joined the OCSAR team at the introductory session, adding value to the event with their participation.
