OCSAR organized a session “Media Master”

The Office of Career Services & Alumni Relations (OCSAR) BRAC University conducted a session on media & agency industry named "Media Master" at BRAC University on Wednesday, 01^st February, 2023.

A.B.M. Jabed Sultan Pias, Chief Business Officer (CBO), Prothom Alo Digital and Tanveer Islam Khan, Creative Lead-Digital Media, Mediacom Limited were the key speakers of the session.

The session was intended for the current students & alumni of the Department of English & Humanities and BRAC Business School. The speakers focused on how the job market in media and agency industry is transforming with mastering appropriate professional skills in this multi-dimensional industry context. They also shared their operational experiences, challenges, success stories etc. of these sectors in Bangladesh so far with potential opportunities available in the market. The session was very interactive and lively as they answered key questions from the audience to clear their concepts about working and surviving in this sector.

The OCSAR team members were also present in the session to facilitate it successfully.
