1st Session:
BBS and CIMA Bangladesh jointly organized a grooming session on 4th April, 2015 for CIMA Global Business Case Competition 2015. The session was organized to discuss about the overall marking system, case solving techniques, answer writing styles, etc. The presenter of the discussion session was one of the assessors of this year’s case competition. Seventeen teams (68 students) from BRAC University registered for case competition, and most of them participated in the grooming session.
Besides, the students and CIMA officials, faculty from BBS Mr. Showvonick Datta, Mr. Saif Hossain, Mr. Riyashad Ahmed, and Mr. SM Arifuzzaman, and Associate Professor Rezaur Razzak, Acting Head of BBS were also present in the discussion session.
The second grooming session on 25th April

On 25th April, 2015 BBS organized a grooming and inspiring session for CIMA GBC registered students. Associate Professor Rezaur Razzak, Assistant Professor Riyashad, Assistant Professor SM Arifuzzaman and Mr. Showvonick Datta discussed the different topic of the case along with the financial models and writing techniques. The session ended with students’ questions and light refreshments.
