Namara Mariam Chowdhury joined the School of Pharmacy at Brac University as a Lecturer in July 2018 and was promoted to Senior Lecturer in 2023. She earned her undergraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Nottingham, Malaysia Campus, and completed her Master’s degree in Drug Discovery and Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Nottingham, UK in 2017. Her research focuses on drug discovery, particularly identifying potential drug candidates and understanding their mechanisms and relevance in therapeutic applications.
