We are pleased to inform that after successful completion of our 1st Certificate program, the School of Law, Brac University is going to offer its Second certification program on‘Industrial Dispute settlement: Social Dialogue and Human Resource Management’ from 01-02 November 2019. The training program is designed for young Professional and Industry practitioner, aspiring researchers working in public sector institutes, NGOs, Young Professional and Industry practitioner other civil society organizations who are involved in the process of industrial dispute settlements resolution.
About the Certification Program:
Industrial relation refers to relationships between labour and capital that grow out of employment. It needs to work in a spirit of cooperation and adjustment, which can enhance the economic status of the worker as well as the establishment. If any disputes arise in between employer and employee, it will be considered as an obstacle in the productivity of any establishment that has an indefinite effect to the economic statutes of both parties even for the industrial productivity and profit. Therefore, it is very important to maintain a peaceful industrial relation for the sake of the establishment and the objectives of the training program can enhance the procedure to make a peaceful industrial relation between all the stakeholders.
