The School of General Education of BRAC University has won an OSUN grant in the amount of 85,000USD for the period of January-December 2023 to work on Southern narratives of Development and Leadership from the margins. GenEd will lead this OSUN wide initiative to discuss across the network, through meetings and workshops, how development and transformation have occurred in the context of poverty, hunger, deprivation and displacement , the mechanics of the knowledge and practice and what this means for practices and models for leadership in the Global South. This will be OSUN’s flagship project to launch a conversation on the knowledge and practice of development in the global south, taken forward by OSUN partners in the Global South.
