Md Mamunur Rashid, one of the faculty members at the BRAC Institute of Languages, BRAC University, has left for Warner School of Education, University of Rochester, Rochester, New York, to pursue his Ph.D. Established in 1850, the University of Rochester is a top-tier research institution and currently is ranked among the best 40 universities in the USA.
Md Mamunur Rashid has received a full-funded Dean's Assistantship for Doctoral Studies to conduct his Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Teaching, Curriculum & Change. His research interests include online teaching and learning, entrepreneurship in education, and immersive learning. Previously, Md Mamunur attended the Fulbright FLTA program at New York University, New York, from 2017-2018.
During his time at the BRAC Institute of Languages, Md Mamunur has played a significant role in the institution's technology and online initiatives. While he will be missed among the students and colleagues, we wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
